In hopes of preventing Sun Toyota in Holiday, FL from scamming other unsuspecting customers!
First of all, they did not provide a window sticker for the vehicle. We found out days later we were overcharged. They used very high pressure tactics and STRAIGHT UP LIES to get us to purchase protections that we did not need.
ABSOLUTELY NOT! They have spent all this time fighting back and forth to continue their scam and not have to refund any money. Meanwhile, we had the paperwork filled out to cancel these things we didn't need, and only received a small portion of what we were supposed to get back! They overcharged us on contractual cancellation fees as well!
